Gaine Park is in Multyfarnham is a picturesque village, with a park, playground, fountain and a loop walk.

As you do the loop walk around you can take a break and take in the views of the River Gain that the park has to offer.

Plenty of fun activities for children of all ages to do in the park from zip line to a basket swing. Large green area for playing games or having a picnic during the summer months with a local shop beside the park for all your essential picnic items The Gain Park has recently gained a Bug Hotel which the local school in Multyfarnham had helped to build.

Currently, the fountain area in the park is getting a revamp and when the building of the fountain is complete there will be a covered outdoor seating area perfect for picnics at any time of the year The Loop walk is also be extended to fit in with the new GAA Pich that is currently being developed at the moment.

The park is open all year round and no fee of admission. Gaine Park is adjacent to Multyfarnham GAA Club and Multyfarnham Community Centre. Multyfarnham GAA club has recently become one of Westmeath’s known football clubs with winning the Leister club final for the first time in 2017 in over 60 years.
